Circumstances of Finding:

Hikers found a skull in Banff National Park off of the Trans-Canada Highway. Later other skeletal remains were found in the area.

The woman's lower jaw was never found so the facial reconstruction is the best approximation.

Additional resources to aid in reconstruction were requested by Dr. Michael Charney, who was doing the facial reconstruction, but denied to him by law enforcement.

Circumstances of Death:

Suspected homicide, there was no indications of suicide and no chance of Jane Doe being lost and dying in the woods that close to the highway.
